Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or just simply be more present, we know you’ll fit in at our practice. At Twisted Spirit we pride ourselves on making all our students comfortable, in a judgement free, lighthearted atmosphere.

Balls & Bevvie's (21+) with Carol
Have you ever seen Yoga’s Got Balls on the Twisted Spirit schedule and not know exactly what to expect? Now is your chance to join Carol for a fun night!. Grab your pals! We’ll bring the balls & you BYOB.You will learn how to use exercise balls in your yoga practice as a way to work on balance, work your core, and deepen your stretch. After you are relaxed, enjoy an adult beverage with your friends.

Join Us for a Twisted Witches Photo Shoot!
In collaboration with Melissa Crowley Photography (IG: @whentheboughbreaks). Celebrate the spirit of Twisted Spirit Yoga with us in the beautiful woods of Myles Standish! We’re thrilled to invite you to a fun-filled photo shoot where you can showcase your magic and creativity.
Bring your coven, wear your most glamorous and wicked outfit, and feel free to bring any props you'd like! A smoking cauldron will be available, and don’t forget, a group photo will be taken to display our collective power on the walls of Twisted.
OCTOBER 24th
An Evening of Soul Soothing
Thai Massage, Vibrational Therapy, Reiki Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath! Join Jodi & Cyndi for an evening of deep relaxation and holistic healing that promises to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. This restorative practice takes place in a warm, candle-lit atmosphere, infused with the calming essence of essential oils. We will be together for approximately 2 hours.
OCTOBER 26th
Props to Props with Carol
Join Carol for a workshop on integrating props into your yoga practice. Using props does not mean you are not good at yoga. It means you want to be safe in your practice, maybe go a little deeper in the pose, or even do a pose you never thought you could. We will be utilizing blankets, blocks, bolsters, balls, straps, and the wall!

BEGINNERS YOGA
Looking for a place to begin? Not comfortable jumping into an all levels class just yet? Join us in Beginners to learn at a slower pace! Step by step instruction through poses, breath and meditation.
CHAIR YOGA
This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. Chair yoga is especially suitable for older adults, people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities. Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, improves balance, and relieves stress. The class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and relaxation


YOGA'S GOT BALLS
45 minutes of stretch and strength with yoga balls, followed by a little gentle yoga and a long Savasana.

Cyndi's classes are great! She has an informal and humorous manner that helps everyone in the class feel comfortable and accepted... Despite what level yoga one is practicing, the small class size is perfect for individual instruction.

I took the beginners yoga course with Cyndi and loved it. I had tried a yoga class (else where) once before and although I liked the idea of Yoga, I never went back. They went so fast, I had no idea what I was doing and was left to fend for myself and try to figure it out. By the time I got one move down they were ahead of me by 3 poses. Lol. Cyndi takes the time in the beginners course to tel you what to do, how to do it and will (nicely) correct you if you are doing it wrong. I am so much more comfortable with the different poses thanks to Cyndi. I will be attending more classes with Cyndi for sure!!
